Heidi Alexander
Heidi Alexander is a compassionate and skilled life coach with over 20 years of experience in the healing and wellness industry. As a certified VITA™ sex, love, and relationship coach, massage therapist, craniosacral practitioner, meditation teacher, breathwork guide, and studio owner, she integrates modern neurobiology, somatic practices, and ancient wisdom to facilitate deep transformation.
Drawing from her own healing journey, Heidi’s approach fosters self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal empowerment. She guides clients in reconnecting with their inner fire and the wisdom within their bodies, using breathwork, trauma release, and Tantric practices to help them process emotions, release stuck energy, and step into lives rooted in authenticity, love, and liberation.
In addition to her coaching and healing work, Heidi is a certified GYROTONIC® teacher, pre-trainer, and GYROKINESIS® teacher. These movement methodologies emphasize fluidity, strength, and alignment, offering clients an integrative approach to physical well-being. Through these practices, she helps individuals build deeper body awareness, improve mobility, and enhance the mind-body connection.
Based on Orcas Island, Heidi is a lifelong learner, a lover of nature, a world traveler, and a dedicated tantric practitioner.
Lauren Weaver
Lauren began her Pilates journey through dance, studying under Marie-Jose Blom at Long Beach Dance Conditioning. She embarked on her own career teaching Pilates in 2003 after completing her comprehensive certification through Orange Coast College. Lauren initially taught Pilates for three years at Body Awareness Physical Therapy in San Clemente, California before moving to Orcas Island in 2006. She is certified through the National Pilates Certification Program and as a teacher-member of the Pilates Method Alliance. She has CECs through numerous training programs including Power Pilates, Balanced Body, and workshops under Tracey Mallet and Master Pilates Teacher Jillian Hessel. Lauren continues to further her training and knowledge at every opportunity through a wide variety of continuing education conferences and workshops. Lauren completed her yoga teacher training and certification in Prajna Yoga in 2018, and is deeply grateful to Djuna Mascall-Devereaux for her continued guidance along this path. This combination of proven methods and extensive training enable Lauren to integrate a balanced, specialized workout for each of her students. Lauren is dedicated to the Pilates Method and believes that with graceful encouragement everyone can achieve a deeper sense of connection and strength, and ultimately a better quality of life through a mind-body practice.
Natasha Bijlemeer
Rooted in the steady flow of Orcas Island’s natural landscape, Natasha creates a warm, holding
space where the clarity and resilience you already carry can surface. Drawing from Jungian depth
psychology, modern neurobiology and mindfulness, she gently guides you to notice the unconscious
patterns that shape your life and to explore them through reflective dialogue and symbolic inquiry.
Complementing this work, Conscious Connected Breathwork uses intentional breathing rhythms to
release held emotion, calm the nervous system, and build a bridge between the conscious and
subconscious mind. The breath becomes a living conduit for the insights uncovered in coaching,
allowing body and mind to move together toward wholeness.
Natasha offers one‑on‑one coaching (online and in‑person), in‑person breathwork sessions at the
Studio, and a blended program that weaves both modalities into a seamless experience that deepens
self‑awareness, nurtures emotional release and supports profound transformation.
Through gentle, presence‑based work, she encourages you to sit with your inner truth, letting
transformation unfold naturally, deeply, and lasting—empowering you to remember who you truly
are, rather than being “fixed.”
