Heidi Alexander is a compassionate and skilled coach whose path into coaching was a natural evolution. After 20 years in the healing arts and fitness industry, she realized that true transformation required going deeper—beneath the surface, into the body, the heart, and the soul. She trained in the renowned VITA™ Coaching Methodology created by Layla Martin and is now certified to conduct Sex & Love Coaching, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching, and Breathwork  Facilitation. Her work is profound, guiding clients into the fullest expression of who you are—so you can step beyond old stories, claim your desires, and live as the most radiant, powerful version of yourself.
