About me
My path into coaching was a natural evolution. After years in the healing arts and fitness industry, I realized that true transformation required going deeper—beneath the surface, into the body, the heart, and the soul.

I became a Sex & Love Coach, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator, trained in the renowned VITA™ Coaching Methodology created by Layla Martin. My work is about guiding you into the fullest expression of who you are—so you can step beyond old stories, claim your desires, and live as the most radiant, powerful version of yourself.

The VITA™ Methodology blends somatic experiencing, neo-Tantra, modern psychology, and science-backed coaching tools to create lasting transformation. It works through the mind and the body, allowing you to rewire old patterns and open to deeper freedom, intimacy, and love.
