Gyrokinesis Group classes
Live stream Wednesdays at 1:00pm
this is a gentle Gyrokinesis class for all levels
$20 per class.
Each class will include a recording of class that will be available for one week after the live stream.
Group Pilates Mat classes
Live stream Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00am
$15 per class.
Each class will include a recording of class that will be available for one week after the live stream.
